Formerly Suncoast Sailcruise, established in Gibsons in 1994, the school operates hands on training courses in cruising sail boats from the excellent harbour. The instructors are seasoned skippers who are certified by the Canadian Yachting Association under a policy development of the Transport Canada Marine Safety Management System. Opportunities range from a half day Introduction to Sailing to a five day Cruise & Learn, living on board while sailing 125 miles in some of the world's finest cruising waters.
